By uploading a photo, artwork, or design, you confirm that you have permission to use it and have it printed as part of your order. Please do not upload images you are not allowed to use.

Your photos are the heart of the order. This page explains what to upload, how cropping works, and how Magnetic Gems treats uploaded family and personal images.
How uploaded photos are used
Magnetic Gems uses uploaded photos and order notes to make your order. Uploaded photos are not posted publicly, used in marketing, or added to a gallery unless you give permission.
Family and kid photo privacy
Many orders include family, baby, kid, wedding, memorial, and personal photos. We treat those images with care and use them only for the order process unless you clearly approve another use.
Best photo quality
Clear original photos work best. Avoid screenshots when possible. Bright, sharp, uncropped images usually print better than dark, blurry, zoomed-in, or compressed images.
Square crop expectations
Most photo magnets are square. Keep important faces, heads, names, dates, and details away from the edges. If something is close to the edge, it may need to be cropped or adjusted to fit the magnet shape.
Using the same photo more than once
You can use the same photo for multiple magnets. Add a note such as “use photo 1 for all 6 magnets” or “2 copies of photo 1 and 4 copies of photo 2.”
When we may contact you
If a photo appears too blurry, dark, cropped, or unclear for the selected product, Magnetic Gems may contact you before production. This can help prevent avoidable print issues.
Content we may refuse
Magnetic Gems may refuse images that appear inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, hateful, explicit, stolen, copyrighted without permission, or otherwise outside what we can produce.
Retention and deletion
Order photos may be retained for a reasonable time to complete production, handle support, resolve order issues, or process reprints. You can contact us to request deletion of uploaded photos after your order is complete.
