Custom and personalized orders
Magnetic Gems creates custom photo magnets, tap-to-play magnets, event favors, and personalized gifts using the details and photos customers provide. Because many items are personalized, each order is reviewed and produced based on the selected product, uploaded images, notes, and delivery method.
Small handmade or production variations can happen, including slight differences in cropping, color, finish, or placement. We work carefully to make each keepsake look clean and meaningful.
Customer photo responsibility
By uploading photos or artwork, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use those images for your order. Please do not upload copyrighted, private, inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe content that you are not allowed to print.
Magnetic Gems may refuse or cancel an order if the uploaded content appears inappropriate, unauthorized, unsafe, or outside what we can reasonably produce.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping, local delivery fees, and estimated Texas sales tax may be added before payment. Online payments are processed securely through Square. Magnetic Gems does not store full card numbers on this website.
If an item requires a quote, the final price may be confirmed after reviewing the order details.
Pickup, delivery, and shipping
Local pickup is available in Edinburg, TX. Local delivery may be available in select RGV areas when offered at checkout. Shipping is available for eligible orders. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Order changes and production timing
If you need to change photos, notes, delivery details, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are easiest before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Limitations and support
Magnetic Gems is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, shipping carrier issues, weather, holidays, or photo quality problems that were outside our control. If there is a concern with an order, contact us so we can review it and help find a reasonable solution.
Updates to these terms
Magnetic Gems may update these terms as the website, products, or order process changes. The latest version posted on this website applies to future orders.
